This morning I was reading a Forbes piece about Dangote’s influence on Africa’s economy and since I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can add value to whatever space that I occupy as an artist and entrepreneur. 🇳🇬🇺🇸————————————————————————The trapeze act is to do, while maintaining a level of balance between self-interest and good intentions right? 🤔 Because we do live in a society with a present collective consciousness that values capital (in its various forms; financial, social etc.) above anything else.———————————————————————— .. So, the outcome of our adding value has to ultimately generate positive energy in a space or individual(s) 🙌🏾 while still providing a significant return on investment, otherwise it means we’re either giving value without receiving any in return or taking value without giving any in exchange, and in a free market society neither seems fruitless for ALL involved in an enterprise.📈 (at Harvard University)
